Die European Federation of European Companion Animal Veterinary Associations (FECAVA) vertritt über ihre Mitgliedsverbände mehr als 25.000 Kleintierpraktiker in 39 europäischen Ländern.
Die FECAVA ist bestrebt, die tierärztliche Versorgung von Heimtieren durch berufliche Weiterbildung zu verbessern. Außerdem ist sie der Interessensverband der Kleintierpraktiker auf europäischer Ebene und arbeitet eng mit anderen europäischen Veterinärorganisationen und Interessengruppen zusammen.
